Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a senior Quote and Pricing Lead to act as a central function within our quotation and pricing framework from Farmington Hills. You will influence margin performance, capital efficiency, and long-term growth by aligning global and regional teams and driving optimized RFQ processes.

You will own MSP governance, cost modelling, and scenario analysis, partnering with Plant Product Management to reduce CAPEX and ensure data integrity across sales and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Excellent communication and organizational agility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFQ process from initiation to submission with Sales alignment.
• Govern regional and global quotation governance; coordinate changes to cost and pricing.
• Manage MSP requests in Product Management Database; ensure data quality.
• Develop MSP approval presentations with scenario analyses and cost modeling.
• Partner with Plant Product Management to optimize CAPEX and resource use.
• Lead monthly RFQ governance reviews with Sales and key stakeholders.
