Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is expanding its Swing Doors & Security Entrance Systems portfolio for North America. The Commercial Product Manager will shape the regional strategy, lead lifecycle decisions, and drive profitable product investments.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to translate market insights into compelling offerings and ensure alignment with global platforms and future portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or commercial roles in technical products.
• Proven ability to define product requirements, manage lifecycles and build solid business cases.
• Experience in building products, access solutions, or automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the North American swing & security door product portfolio strategy.
• Identify market trends and customer needs through market analysis.
• Develop Market Requirements Specifications (MRS) for new products and upgrades.
• Build compelling business cases to support product investments.
• Lead product launches in North America, including pricing, positioning, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with global teams on platforms and portfolio development.
