Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Commercial Product Manager for Swing Doors & Security Entrance Systems to shape the North American portfolio. You will define the NA strategy based on market insights, translate needs into Market Requirements Specifications, and build compelling business cases for investments.

You will own the NA product roadmap, drive lifecycle from ideation to sunset, and lead launches with pricing and value proposition while enabling Sales and Marketing with training and tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into product solutions.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the North American swing & security door product portfolio strategy.
• Identify market trends and customer needs through Voice of Customer and market analysis.
• Develop Market Requirement Specifications (MRS) and business cases for new products.
• Lead product launches in North America, including pricing, positioning, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain.
