Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years in Product Management or commercial roles in technical products.
• Experience in building products, access solutions, or automation systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive NA swing/security door product portfolio strategy based on market insights.
• Own NA/SA product roadmap and manage lifecycle from ideation to phase-out.
• Lead product launches, including pricing, positioning and value proposition.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to align regional needs with global platforms.
