Job summary

LINQ is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a defined set of modules within the LINQ School Nutrition platform. You will share ownership of the broader product, report to the Sr. Director of Nutrition, and drive end-to-end strategy, roadmap, customer engagement, and delivery.

The role impacts K–12 district nutrition programs nationwide. You will lead lifecycle ownership, roadmap development, and advisory boards, collaborating with engineering on architecture decisions, and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on SaaS products.
• Ownership of a complex product area with multiple stakeholders and tradeoffs.
• Experience partnering with engineering at the architecture level, not just execution.
• Strong client-facing experience with regular customer engagement.
• Experience building and communicating product roadmaps and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking linking product decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined module, including strategy and delivery.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap balancing near-term needs and long-term investments.
• Lead customer engagement through advisory boards, research, and interviews.
• Assess capabilities, backlog health, and competitive positioning to set priorities.
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture decisions and debt tradeoffs.
• Build business cases for significant investments with clear alternatives.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and surface risks early.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for your domain both internally and with customers.
• Mentor PMs and APMs to raise product quality across the team.
• Contribute to broader product strategy with data-driven perspectives.
