Job summary

Agero is seeking a Product Manager to lead and execute complex product initiatives with a 3–12 month horizon. You will own the product lifecycle from idea through launch, and partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership. Based in Medford, MA, this position may require travel for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–7 years Product Management experience in the service industry, high tech or advanced CRM applications preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively increasing project or management experience and responsibilities.
• Experience building and managing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex product initiatives over 3–12 months.
• Own product launch and lifecycle management, including partnerships and pricing.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; define strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.
