Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent role managing enterprise-level applications.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3+ and ITSM best practices.
• Proven experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and backlog priorities.
• Hands-on experience with certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and business value.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable user stories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver releases on time and within scope.
• Support UAT, release planning, and change management to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Track metrics, manage budgets, and continuously improve delivery processes.
