Job summary

CDW is seeking a Product Manager - Services to drive the strategic direction of our Professional Services products from conception to execution. You will partner with Sales, ITS, Operations and Finance to define the vision, roadmap, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

The role requires strong executive communication, a data‑driven mindset, and experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience.
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Experience with professional or managed services is required.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with Sales, ITS, Operations and Finance to align priorities and deliver high‑quality products.
Comfortable speaking, presenting, and demoing capabilities to executives up to C‑suite.
Define and track KPIs to measure product initiatives against business objectives.
Develop and articulate a clear product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
Lead PI planning and maintain backlog artifacts such as feature backlogs and release notes.
