Job summary

Amcor in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of short and long-term strategies for Retail Private Label and Branded product lines. You will own profitability, oversee onboarding new business, SKU rationalization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in product management or sales, a Bachelor's in business, and strong analytics for P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5-7 years in product management or sales preferred.
• Experience in product management strategy, new product development techniques.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line, including roadmap and profitability.
• Provide assortment and pricing direction for new business opportunities.
• Lead P&L analysis for new and existing business and manage pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing and Marketing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to onboard new business and manage SKUs.
• Support regulatory, compliance and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Packaging Engineering on packaging graphics and launches.
