Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; focus in marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management or equivalent marketing/project management experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated financial acumen.
• Ability to learn professional-grade tools and understand plumbing/mechanical principles.
• Ability to understand customer needs and craft compelling value propositions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from NPI through line rationalization.
• Develop and execute strategies for Pipe Tool products.
• Drive growth of existing lines via new product development.
• Identify adjacent markets and opportunities for expansion.
• Use market research to inform product development and messaging.
• Guide new product programs from concept to commercialization.
• Analyze competitive positioning and articulate product value.
• Prepare and present strategic plans and insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes.
• Engage in core portfolio activities: pricing, forecasting, sourcing, sales enablement.
