Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and innovation for the Threading and Roll Grooving tool portfolio. You will identify customer needs, shape opportunities, and drive enhancements across the portfolio, collaborating across functions to bring products to market.

In this role you will manage lifecycle, develop strategies, and guide programs from concept to commercialization while engaging senior leadership and supporting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• 3+ years in product management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage full product lifecycle across assigned categories from launch to rationalization.
• Develop and execute strategies for Pipe Tool products and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Drive growth through new product development initiatives and portfolio expansion.
• Identify adjacent markets and opportunities for product expansion.
• Leverage market research to inform product development and messaging.
• Guide programs from concept to commercialization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze competitive positioning and articulate product value and differentiators.
• Present strategic plans and insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes.
