Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Product Manager for IMS & Shoretime systems in Miami, FL. The role leads product strategy, backlog, and governance to ensure value and compliance across platforms used on vessels and shore operations.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors, manage requirements, plan releases, and drive continuous improvement to optimize performance and user experience. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in agile PM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of product management experience as an Agile PM.
• Experience in cruise, travel industry or enterprise data warehouse a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and data governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own IMS product strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Serve as liaison between business, IT, and vendors.
• Gather requirements and maintain acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate releases, UAT, and production support.
• Lead quarterly governance reviews with Destination Services.
• Drive process improvements and user adoption.
• Prepare status reports for leadership.
