Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in the United States seeks a Product Manager to lead the Integrated Management System and Shoretime platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of Agile Product Manager experience in product management.
• Cruise, travel industry experience or enterprise data warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMS product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, prioritizing enhancements based on value and needs.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and IMS vendor for aligned solutions.
• Gather requirements, write specs, and maintain traceability through releases and tests.
• Coordinate releases, UAT, production support, and incident management to ensure quality.
• Lead governance and training efforts to ensure adoption and compliance.
