The Manager, Product is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned enterprise products, bridging the gap between tactical execution and product strategy. This role acts as a Product Owner for cross-functional squads, managing the product backlog and user stories, while also serving as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies and improve team velocity. The Manager ensures that product roadmaps deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and governance across the “what,” “why,” “how,” and “when” of delivery. Through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, this role drives innovation and continuous improvement aligned with NCLH’s value anchors of Innovation, Collaboration, Transparency, and Passion.
Bachelor’s Degree
Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or Related Field
