Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Shoretime applications.

You will align business needs with IT, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and drive system releases, UAT, and governance to deliver value and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Destination Services and the Shoretime development team, coordinating requirements, testing, and training, while promoting continuous improvement across the platform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3 years of Agile Product Manager experience; cruise/travel industry or enterprise data warehouse a plus.
Knowledge of product management, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and data governance.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, coordinating testing, releases, and production support.

Responsibilities

Own IMS product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization based on value and constraints.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions and align with stakeholders.
Document requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria with traceability.
Coordinate system releases, UAT, production support, and incident management.
Support data governance, compliance, and audit activities with proper documentation.
Partner with Destination Services and Shoretime teams to align priorities and roadmap.
Lead governance reviews and quarterly stakeholder forums to guide enhancements.
Oversee end-user training and user adoption activities for new functionality.
