Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our authentication solutions. You will work with engineering, marketing, sales, and services to align priority roadmaps with business objectives and customer value.

This role focuses on driving growth, portfolio differentiation, and measurable outcomes at scale. You will lead Epics within a SAFe framework, monitor KPIs such as revenue and adoption, and ensure timely go-to-market execution with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product management, technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of product management experience in authentication, identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS markets.
• Strong understanding of authentication technologies including FIDO, passkeys, MFA, and enterprise identity ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned authentication solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive insights into prioritized product requirements and release plans.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and outcomes to guide engineering delivery.
