Job summary

Dover Manufacturing Corporation seeks a Product Manager to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and bring OPW CES products to market. The onsite role will reside at our Allentown, PA site, with travel to other locations as needed and reporting to the Director of Product Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering or business; MBA is a plus.
Five+ years of progressively responsible product management experience.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage P&L including strategic planning, annual strategy deployment and budget.
Lead cross-functional NPD core teams and represent voice of customer and business.
Develop market insights and translate them into product roadmaps.
Collaborate with customers to solicit feedback and drive market strategy.
Execute product life cycle management and SKU rationalization.
