Job summary

Uzin Utz North America, Inc. in the United States, is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market for flooring installation systems. You will gather market insights, define product roadmaps, and enable sales with collaterals and training.

You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate customer needs into product specs, manage P&L, and drive profitable growth. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B product management.
• Experience with flooring/chemistry-based products is a plus.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to build business cases.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned lines.
• Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Coordinate go-to-market plans, pricing, and launch training.
• Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor KPIs and manage lifecycle and SKU changes.
