Flooring Product Management Director

We are currently searching for an expert leader in the flooring industry with a deep professional understanding of how to guide technical and business development explorations that meet and redefine our customers’ expectations.

• Establishes an adaptable framework for innovative product management that incorporates profitable, sustainable, and customer-centric considerations
• Develops immediate, mid-term, and long-term financial goals designed to effectively enhance productivity and Home Legend’s position in the U.S. market
• Engages in global collaboration across business units as well as with industry partners and all other stakeholders
• Conducts expansive data analysis, modeling, and experimentation to identify viable solutions for full-scale development
