The Home Depot, Inc. is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead cross-functional product teams focused on delivering business value, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
You will translate business goals into product strategy, mentor Product Managers, and work with Engineering and UX to remove roadblocks while aligning with company priorities. You will engage with stakeholders, measure product performance, and continuously refine epics and user stories to enhance the customer
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- WFM knowledge or experience
- Proficiency in product management in a modern software development enterprise
- Proficiency in agile methodologies including XP: paired programming, TDD, continuous deployment
- Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience guiding junior team members in Product Management
