Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Product Management Manager to guide cross-functional product teams toward delivering customer-focused value. You will translate business goals into clear product strategy, drive delivery, and mentor product managers to build a high-performing team.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners, communicating progress and aligning priorities with the company’s strategic objectives. Travel is anticipated up to 20%.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of relevant work experience in product management or a closely related field.
WFM knowledge or experience desired.
Proficiency in product management within a modern software development enterprise and overseeing multiple products.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, XP practices (paired programming, TDD, CD).
Ability to communicate with and influence both technical and functional teams at all levels.
Experience guiding junior team members in Product Management concepts.

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and roadmaps across multiple product teams to align with business goals.
Oversee delivery and execution, remove blockers, and ensure product priorities meet strategic, financial and user goals.
Mentor and coach Product Managers; attract and retain top talent for a world-class product management team.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to drive value and resolve impediments.
Advocate for end users and stakeholders by deeply understanding user needs and product usage.
