Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Arresting Systems / ESCO is seeking a Product Line Manager at our Aston, PA site. You will drive sustainable growth across multiple land-based arresting system product lines, shaping technology roadmaps and VOC-driven solutions.

You will set goals and budgets and collaborate with engineering, sales, and supply chain to advance products from concept through development and commercialization. You will contribute to cost analysis, pricing strategy, and promotional materials while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, or business development roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel, domestic and international (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Develop new product specifications with engineering and sales to address issues or enhance product lines.
• Build consensus on technology roadmaps and prioritize future R&D investments.
• Manage product lines throughout the lifecycle from concept to development.
• Lead commercialization with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, program mgmt, supply chain).
• Provide sales with product analyses, marketing materials, and positioning strategies.
