Job summary

Molex is expanding its Optical Solutions Business Unit and seeks a Product Line Manager to drive growth and innovation. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and P&L management while engaging with customers to support pricing, commercialization, and marketing.

Based onsite at Eden Prairie, MN or Hudson, WI, you will collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams, manage the product portfolio, develop training and sales enablement materials, and monitor KPIs to deliver revenue

Qualifications

Own product line P&L and pricing strategy.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life.
Engage with customers to capture VOC and inform strategy.
Collaborate across engineering, sales, operations.
Travel 20-35% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategy aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing to launch products.
Work with sales and support to incorporate customer feedback.
Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Manage product line transactions with sales and manufacturing.
Oversee lifecycle and portfolio management.
Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Lead cost reduction, capacity planning and quality initiatives.
Support Sales & Marketing with customer segmentation and requirements; create training and brochures; partner with global sales engineers; travel to meet customers.
