Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of product/portfolio management or related roles in life sciences or Pharma.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with pricing, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing across matrixed organizations.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and presentation tools.
