Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in technology with strategic focus.
• 3+ years management experience leading 5+ employees.
• 3+ years product ownership and development experience.
• Hands-on SDLC leadership in a digital environment.
• Experience with embarkation, port ops, or guest-facing systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience reporting to executive leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embarkation and port ops systems.
• Define requirements with Port Ops, Guest Services, and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and roadmap alignment.
• Design and monitor KPI dashboards for performance.
• Support incident and defect resolution impacting check-in and boarding.
• Ensure IT security, data governance compliance.
• Mentor and develop a team of developers.
• Oversee backlog prioritization and capacity planning.
• Coordinate change management, testing, deployment, and releases.
• Collaborate with PMO, Platform Engineering, and NOC teams.
