Job summary

Steffes seeks a Manager of Products and Innovation to lead strategic product plans, drive innovation, and maximize profitability across product lines. You will align strategies with business goals, partner with engineering, sales, and operations, and influence key stakeholders to advance Steffes’ market position.

You will mentor product managers, lead lifecycle initiatives, and ensure products meet quality, cost, and timing targets while collaborating across market and production locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5 years of experience as a manager in engineering, manufacturing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience working with product-related solutions with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; intermediate computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the 5-year Product Plan.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to shape the Product Plan.
• Represent Steffes in industry organizations and with customers.
• Guide product lifecycle and price strategies across business units.
• Develop and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
