Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis or analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Create and maintain deliverables: vision, requirements, personas, roadmaps, KPIs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum, Kanban to manage requirements and backlog.
• Support UAT plans, test scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with standards and approvals throughout lifecycle.
• Communicate progress and document decisions clearly.
