Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's a plus.
• 5-7+ years in related roles.
• Healthcare Revenue Management experience preferred.
• Contact Center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs related to virtual agent and IVR technologies.
• Conduct interviews to gather requirements via workshops, surveys, site visits, and use cases.
• Prioritize collected requirements with stakeholders and project team.
• Develop and use templates to write clear requirements specifications.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for developers.
