Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support client accounts under Procurement Leadership. The role encompasses procurement activities, vendor management, contract preparation, and CLM usage to ensure compliance and value delivery.

Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Facility Management is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will manage stakeholder relationships, conduct bid analysis, and help optimize spend across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (an advanced degree is a plus).
• Years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting including reading and interpreting contracts and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid packages, facilitate RFP activity, and analyze quotations.
• Manage vendor accreditation, onboarding and ongoing vendor administration.
• Prepare and facilitate contract negotiations with suppliers using templates to ensure accuracy on SOW, pricing, and site lists.
• Utilize CLM tools for vendor contracting, storage, and compliance.
• Monitor and report vendor performance trends and ensure contract compliance with policies.
• Maintain organized records and tracking for vendor documentation (COI, renewals).
• Interact with procurement to ensure use of preferred suppliers and templates.
• Provide professional client presentations and effectively communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Research supply base for consolidation and service level improvements for the client account.
• Generate reports and supplier QBRs to support client expectations.
• Prepare and distribute reports to maintain accurate contract records.
• Familiarity with current procurement policies and procedures, including company and client specs.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics, dashboards, or ML tools for spend analysis.
