Job summary

North End Teleservices LLC is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function, establish policies, and implement centralized controls. You will oversee the full lifecycle—from needs identification and sourcing through negotiation, purchasing, and supplier offboarding—with a hands-on approach while scaling the function.

As the department matures, you will develop procurement staff, partner with Finance, Operations, IT, Human Resources, and Facilities, and transition routine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply-chain, or vendor-management experience.
• Experience negotiating vendor agreements and commercial terms.
• Strong understanding of purchasing controls, approval structures, and segregation of duties.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills with the ability to translate procurement data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NET's centralized procurement function with procedures, workflows, approvals, and controls.
• Lead sourcing activities, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships across NET.
• Develop procurement roadmaps, assess cost-savings opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Establish vendor onboarding, due diligence, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Maintain contract visibility, renewal planning, and centralized procurement records.
• Build procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for executive leadership.
