Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, contracts management, procurement technology, or related operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience leading procurement transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.

• Lead procurement transformation and modernization initiatives across CEMI.
• Manage cross-functional programs with stakeholders, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Develop project plans, implementation strategies, and communication plans.
• Redesign business processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and outcomes.
• Establish metrics and measure program success.
• Drive supplier and marketplace strategy across Cornell and Weill Cornell Medicine.
• Lead strategic sourcing and contracting efforts.
