Job summary

Talentify is seeking a proactive Buyer to join our procurement team, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing for manufacturing materials and components. The role emphasizes managing multiple material categories, strong negotiation, and collaboration with engineering and production.

You will own end-to-end purchasing, build supplier relationships, monitor performance, and help optimize inventory and costs while maintaining compliance. ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships for quality, reliability, and cost.
• Coordinate withinventory and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Issue purchase orders, expedite needs, monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align procurement with timelines.
