Job summary

The State Bureau of Investigation in North Carolina is seeking a Procurement Specialist III (NS) to manage procurement of goods, services, and IT-related contracts. You will develop and review RFPs/RFQs, bids, and MOAs, ensuring adherence to state procurement guidelines and statutes.

You will also ensure contract deliverables meet criteria, manage bidding opportunities, and uphold internal tracking and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement procedures and regulations of the State of North Carolina.
• Experience with procurement contracts and state bidding processes.
• Experience with North Carolina eProcurement system.
• Experience in managing internal tracking processes.
