Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in procurement, contracting, or sourcing.
• Experience using intermediate Excel for financial or cost analysis.
• Experience using e-procurement or vendor management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT software, SaaS, hardware, cloud solutions, professional services, and cooperative agreements.
• Draft, review, and edit contract documents using County templates; identify conflicts and modifications.
• Analyze vendor terms and conditions including data privacy, security, SLAs, warranties, indemnification, renewals.
• Develop scopes of work for SaaS agreements, MSAs, support agreements, and tech projects.
• Assist with solicitation packages and coordinate communications across IT departments.
