Job summary

Turner & Townsend Energy & Natural Resources is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time role in the Houston area. You will lead the full procurement lifecycle for utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS projects, interfacing with clients and consultants at all stages.

Responsibilities include issuing and clarifying RFPs, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and coordinating EPC interfaces while ensuring compliance and structured, detail-oriented reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement or commercial experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement process from tender documents through evaluation, negotiation and contract documentation.
• Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• RFP issue and clarifications.
• Attention to structure and detail; strong collaboration and reporting knowledge.
• Plant EPC technical interface and commercial matters; SOX controls where applicable.
