Job summary

The Franke Group is seeking a Purchaser to manage supplier relationships, evaluate quotes, and ensure on-time delivery for the company’s kitchen facilities and services. In this role you will analyze demand planning and MRPs, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Receiving and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of related experience; strong Excel and ERP skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships with domestic and international vendors.
• Review quotes and determine best suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and expedite orders as needed.
• Resolve receiving/invoice discrepancies with suppliers and accounting.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain ETA data in the system.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align with customer needs.
