Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Buyer to act as the day-to-day procurement execution partner for plant operations. You will drive procure-to-pay activities, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliant, cost-aware buying decisions.

You will analyze delivery and cost data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support inventory optimization while maintaining strong ethics and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Associate's degree in any major; bachelor's preferred in supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years of purchasing, materials, supply chain, or manufacturing customer-service experience.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP purchasing; Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze supplier data, establish priorities, and communicate escalations.
• Strong ethics, ownership, attention to detail, and cross-plant collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary purchasing execution partner for designated facilities and Operations leadership.
• Execute sourcing strategies, negotiated contracts, and approved supplier lists.
• Collaborate daily with Operations, Planning, Inventory, Quality, Finance, and Category Management.
• Procure-to-pay: create POs, confirm terms, monitor open orders through receipt and invoicing.
• Ensure contract and policy compliance; flag off-contract spend and exceptions for resolution.
• Manage supplier performance data and support corrective actions with Quality and Category Management.
• Maintain accurate supplier, item, pricing, lead-time data in ERP; support standardized workflows.
