Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, bidding, price/contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Generates RFQs and PO packages with source justifications and price justifications per FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Negotiates best value, lead times, payment terms, milestones and executes contracts or NDAs as needed.
• Maintains strategic supplier relationships to support cost savings, schedule adherence, and supply chain stability.
• Presents procurement strategies and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders.
