Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of related procurement experience.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes for gov't and commercial programs.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR/ITAR compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate supplier terms.
• Evaluate bids on price, delivery, quality, and service for best value.
• Track and reconcile POs, receipts, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with import/export rules and audit trails.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and program offices on risk mitigation.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
