The role reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain & Procurement Legal, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across sourcing, contracting, and vendor management. Qualifications

JD and minimum 7 years of legal experience focused on commercial contracts, procurement, and supply chain law.
Bar in good standing of a state bar.
Experience in advising on supply chain, procurement, and related legal matters.

Responsibilities

Provide practical legal counsel on supply chain and procurement law across sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
Draft, review, and negotiate master supply agreements, purchase orders, SOWs, and related contracts.
Lead negotiations with suppliers; balance business needs with legal risk.
Develop and implement procurement policies and best practices to drive efficiency.
Advise on supplier selection, onboarding, and compliance with laws and policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain legal matters and strategic sourcing.
