Job summary

Typically, 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with a Master's, or equivalent experience is expected. The position emphasizes cost reduction, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with costpoint and CPSR preparation is preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving cost Savings.
• Ability to interpret FAR/DFAR and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions.
• Develop RFQs utilizing specifications or statements of work.
• Prepare bid packages, analyze proposals, and negotiate PO terms.
• Administer purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with terms.
• Manage PO performance and supplier risk.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Provide FAR/DFAR guidance to junior staff.
• Assist with procurement reports and policy training materials.
