Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. in Birmingham, AL seeks a Subcontracts Administrator to handle major KSRE subcontracts, serving as the contractually bound POC and managing subcontractor performance.

The role requires ensuring flow-downs, CPSR compliance, and effective supplier relationships to meet delivery schedules. Responsibilities include drafting solicitations (RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, IDIQs), negotiating terms, and overseeing diverse contract types while supporting program management

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• 8 years relevant previous experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer flow-down requirements including FAR/DFARS and ITAR rules.
• Manage and monitor subcontractor relationships to meet requirements and support Kratos growth.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQs to support SOWs and delivery schedules.
• Create, execute, and manage various subcontract and purchase order types using source selections techniques.
• Perform cost and price analysis and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure CPSR compliance with government and commercial contracting laws.
