Job summary

JACK Entertainment LLC in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, create purchase orders from requisitions, and support bidding processes.

You will assist vendors, maintain records in the purchasing system, and ensure adherence to internal controls and gaming-related procurement policies while collaborating with culinary teams and legal/finance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain and LOP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders from approved requisitions.
• Evaluate substitute products when requested items are unavailable or out of stock.
• Upload bids into the purchasing system weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Assist vendors with purchasing-related processes and inquiries.
• Review and resolve assigned tickets in the Purchasing Portal.
• Prepare new vendor set-up forms; assist with vendor investigations.
• Create new items as requested by culinary teams in D365.
• Complete competitive bid processes (RFP) for best pricing.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on credit applications.
• Track minority and diversity suppliers spend related to property goals.
• Train new employees in D365 processes.
• Create Blanket Purchase Orders in D365.
• Create project numbers in D365 for executive teams.
• Create purchase orders based on executed contracts.
• Maintain positive supplier relationships with timely communication.
• Follow and support ethical purchasing practices and procurement policy.
• Comply with Internal Controls and gaming-related regulations.
