Zusammenfassung

Generac is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist in Belvidere, IL to drive supplier strategies, manage P2P processes, and optimize inventory. You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, forecast demand, and ensure on-time delivery while leveraging SAP and ERP systems to improve performance.

Successful candidates bring 1 year of manufacturing purchasing experience or an associate degree, plus familiarity with SAP, ERP, and contract negotiation.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in related field OR 3 years related experience in the Supply Chain function within a similar working environment.
• 1 year of purchasing, planning or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and contract negotiations is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute standard purchasing processes and strategies including procure-to-pay definition and optimization.
• Manage supplier on time delivery (OTD) performance and maintain data integrity in systems.
• Coordinate ECO activities with suppliers and internal support functions.
• Act as SAP Super User within the functional area as assigned.
