Job summary

CFS in Orlando seeks a seasoned Procurement & Sourcing Manager to own purchasing operations, lead a procurement team, and strengthen supplier relationships across locations.

You will develop sourcing strategies to deliver measurable savings while overseeing day-to-day purchasing activities and reporting to senior leadership. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, offering visibility and centralization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Seven+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing/supply chain experience.
• At least three years managing procurement across multiple locations.
• Proven track record negotiating regional or national supplier agreements with cost reductions.
• Experience with centralized purchasing while supporting decentralized locations.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent vendor negotiation, leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Purchasing Coordinator team.
• Oversee daily purchasing activities and ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing programs to lower costs.
• Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, contracts, rebates, and incentives.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate purchasing across regions.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
• Compare suppliers and prices across markets and categories.
• Research alternative products and channels for savings.
• Monitor supplier performance on price, quality, and delivery.
• Establish purchasing controls and standardized procedures.
• Improve visibility and address operational bottlenecks.
• Provide procurement reporting and support for special projects.
