Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead purchasing operations, develop sourcing strategies, and drive measurable savings across the organization in the Greater Orlando area.

In this role, you will manage a Purchasing Coordinator team, negotiate vendor contracts, consolidate purchasing, and partner with senior leadership to improve efficiency and supplier performance. This is a hands-on leadership position with visibility across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• At least three years of managed procurement across multiple locations.
• Proven success negotiating regional or national supplier agreements.
• Experience with centralized purchasing and supplier performance metrics.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Purchasing Coordinator team.
• Oversee daily purchasing activities and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing programs to reduce costs.
• Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, contracts, rebates, and volume incentives.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate purchasing across regions and business units.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal partners; monitor performance.
• Create procurement reporting and support special projects.
