Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management experience.
• 3+ years managing procurement across multiple business units or geographic locations.
• Proven success negotiating contracts that resulted in measurable cost savings.
• Experience leading centralized purchasing functions supporting decentralized operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Purchasing Coordinators
• Oversee daily purchasing operations across multiple locations
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing agreements, rebates, and incentive programs
• Consolidate purchasing activity across regions and business units
• Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, service, and availability
• Source and approve new vendors while identifying alternative procurement solutions
• Implement purchasing controls, supplier metrics, and standardized workflows
• Improve purchasing visibility and eliminate operational bottlenecks
• Manage purchase orders and material tracking through the ERP system
• Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership
