We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Procurement Project Initiatives Lead to drive key procurement initiatives aligned with our broader business priorities. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing cross-functional project plans, optimizing process and defining standard work, shaping our procurement technology roadmap, and defining business requirements to enable operational excellence in a regulated, fast-paced medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
