Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with reviewing and amending work efforts to ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Determines the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, conform to acquisition regulations and/or advise customers on the status of the purchase.
• Tracks procurement actions to ensure timely and complete delivery of materials and supplies to respective activities.
• Conducts periodic reviews for the purpose of closing out the outstanding purchase/delivery orders.
• Purchases supplies, equipment, and/or services in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
