Job summary

Real Chemistry in the United States is seeking a Procurement, Growth & Strategic Relationships Lead to join our team. This hybrid role is based in or near one of our U.S. hubs, including Boston, MA.

You will build trusted relationships with client procurement teams, generate new leads, and shape growth strategies across healthcare accounts, while collaborating cross-functionally to translate client priorities into measurable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in client relationship management, account leadership, strategic sourcing, or procurement with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record generating new business leads and growing strategic client relationships with procurement and finance stakeholders.
• Deep healthcare industry experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or agency partners.
• Understanding of the healthcare procurement landscape, market trends, ESG priorities, and regulatory context including global experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust at all levels and articulate value.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Self-starter who can create structure and momentum in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with client procurement and strategic sourcing stakeholders as a trusted point of contact.
• Generate and qualify new leads, building a robust pipeline across capabilities and markets.
• Lead client procurement capability meetings with curated content showcasing services and solutions.
• Serve as a door-opener to connect capability and account leads with new stakeholders.
• Partner with client leads to understand business priorities and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Help evolve the framework for engaging client procurement teams to support portfolio growth.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed on relationship status, opportunities, and risks.
• Drive post-engagement debriefs to capture learnings and improve future engagements.
